There have been many informative, educational, even fun things that have come from the current pandemic, we've collated a list of links for you to try, watch, and get involved in.

While videos, cooking classes and podcasts are not the cure for the current crisis we find ourselves in, there are several ways we can come together as a community, to connect and support one another.

We hope through the sharing of these links that we can share helpful information, inspire you to start a new project, keep your kids entertained or make you laugh.

Visual Artist Jade Amalos approached Kate McCulley-Watson to write a short social story for her seven-year-old daughter Sienna, who, like a whole generation of children, was experiencing a lot of fear and anxiety due to the Corona/Covid-19 Virus.

Their hope is that this e-book is an important conversation starter in your household at this historic onset of home isolation and most importantly, provide practical, achievable and sometimes humorous strategies to help reduce anxiety for the whole family.
